Round Two
The link pretty much explains everything. I just got a grant from Davis Projects for Peace to go back to Honduras this summer and work on my own project. I'll be in Buena Vista, a village in the mountains outside of Copan, working with the community to build a library. Hopefully Davis will post the actual proposals on the site soon, for those of you looking for details.
I was in Buena Vista briefly before. It's right next to Bonete (see "Bonete, pt. 1" and "Bonete, pt. 2" for a refresher).
Still kind of in shock. This thing is starting to exist outside of my mind. We are going to build an actual library and fill it with books. Here we go. Get born!
