Since Monday I've been accompanying Gloria on a Heifer study tour all over Honduras. Basically, a group of Heifer volunteers from the States goes around the country looking at different projects Heifer supports. Some of the places we're visiting I've been too. Others I haven't. It's a nice way to wrap up my time in Honduras. Sort of like a review of the country, plus a little bonus material.

Cow time
