La Semana Santa

It's Holy Week in Honduras, a really big deal down here. Most people don't have to work at all. And the whole country goes on vacation. Since the Wheelers spend so much time traveling for work, we're spending the week at home in Tegus.

Lots of family. Lots of food. Gloria made a ridiculous amount of traditional Honduran food. Pupusas, tamales, montucas, horchata. Here's a big tub of maseca, a corn and water mixture that's used in tamales and montucas. Also corn husks, which are for wrapping the montucas.
